The School of Business and Economics of Universitas Prasetiya Mulya serves to develop its students into full-fledged entrepreneurs equipped with strong business knowledge, determination and discipline that enable them to come up with a value proposition and present it with a "wow" to the public at large. The key set of knowledge and attitudes are translated into Prasetiya Mulya’s unique curricula, since the first semester to the last.
We understand that most people will be drawn into entrepreneurship if they are exposed to entrepreneurial condition/intervention for an adequate duration of time. One that has been involved in entrepreneurial activities since childhood stands a greater chance to become an entrepreneur compared to anyone who has had no such exposure.
The key insight underlies the reason why the School of Business and Economics of Universitas Prasetiya Mulya emphasises on the significance of entrepreneurial education intervention for as long as 4 years.
The curricula are stages of a learning process. Through them, the students will first learn about entrepreneurship before they immerse in the process of becoming an entrepreneur. They will learn to translate a business opportunity into, eventually, an effective presentation of an added value. Furthermore, they will be guided into understanding various processes of establishing and solidifying a business, familiarising themselves with managerial functions, implementing those functions through business simulations and projects, and sustaining the entire system of business operations.
The School of Business and Economics of Universitas Prasetiya Mulya has prepared its curricula carefully and thoroughly so as to not only leverage the students’ chance to becoming successful entrepreneurs once they graduate, but also enable them to even enjoy the sweet-smelling taste of success while still assuming their unique status as Prasmulyan student entrepreneurs.
