Counseling and Student Support Service at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya allows students non-academic consultation sessions to overcome issues such as personal problems or social interaction matters that may otherwise hinder the process of learning.
Walk In Counseling
This is a form of counseling service provided for any student of Universitas Prasetiya Mulya who, based on his/her own initiative, decides to use a counseling service by making a prior appointment.
This counseling service is for any student who has been referenced by the Dean, Program Director, Program Manager, Head of Study Program, Faculty Member, and/or Mentor of Universitas Prasetiya Mulya.
This is a counseling service for any group of Prasetiya Mulya University Students who happen to have a similar problem.
This type of counseling is provided via chat, email or telephone for any student of Prasetiya Mulya University who has been referenced to by a counselor; this could follow up on a face-to-face counseling session.
How can students access the counseling and student support?
1. Students can come personally to register at the Counseling and Student Support. Registration is done by filling in a Walk-In Counseling registration form to be sent for confirmation purpose by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or via a phone call to (021) 304-50500 ext. 2185. The counseling service is normally available 2 days afterwards.
2. Any student who has been referenced or advised to take counseling by Program Manager, Head of Study Program, Faculty Member or Mentors. Program Manager, Head of Study Program, Faculty member or mentor, can opt for the Counseling & Student Support. Fill in a Mentee Reference form and email it to the Counseling & Student Support division at: email@example.com; otherwise, confirm via a phone call or (021) 304-50500 ext. 2185.
