In addition to serving as a mentor and class facilitator in Personal Development, Community Development (Comdev I & II), and Social Entrepreneurship Communication Courses classes, Mr. Faizal also serves as the Manager of the Small Business Development Center (PPUK).​

He also published his thoughts in the form of the book “Social Entrepreneurship: Get to Know You Better”, the Chapter “MSMEs Surviving Pandemic: Strategies for Survival and Growth” are some of his works. ​
