About

Joklan currently works as full-time Faculty Member in Prasetiya Mulya University. She has been with the organization for more than six years and responsible for Research and Grant Manager for the University. Previously, she has an experience for more than twelve years in multinational company expertise mainly in logistics and supply chain management. She is a member of the Logistic Indonesian Association, Supply Chain Indonesian Forum, and Indonesia Economist Association.

Her primary research interests are in the field of business process management, global value chain, supply chain management, social network analysis, open innovation, and tourism. Her articles have been published in Benchmarking: an International Journal, Taylor & Francis, and Mediterranean Journal of Social Sciences. She is also a reviewer for the International Journal of Innovation Science.
