Busines Consultancy and Development Center (BCDC)

One of the services offered by SBE CoEx is business consultancy or professional consultancy to stakeholders from the industrial world. The faculty members (FM) with their heads offer solutions to the problems that occur. The consultation can be in the form of suggestions for several improvements that are expected to overcome the problems being experienced by the client.

The FMs formulate solutions based on data and information submitted by the client. In the consultation, the FM directs through several stages as below:

1. Determination of Initial Goals and Targets
2. Selection of the theory used
3. Use of a framework (Mind Map)
4. Deciding on a work schedule
5. Discussing SWOT Analysis
6. Determine and Calculate Budget

The outputs of the consultation can be:
